Piccadilly Street Urban Regeneration Project

The project is to be executed in phases. Phase 1.1 is currently ongoing and comprises a mixed-use commercial/residential 6-storey building with the bottom 2 floors assigned for commercial spaces and the upper 4 floors comprising 16 apartments. The building is located at the Corner Piccadilly Street and Besson Street, Port of Spain and was previously occupied by the Old Besson Street Police Station.
