UDeCOTT’s mandate includes an expanding Facilities Management arm of business. The scope of services provided include:

Ensuring that our facilities meet government and statutory requirements.
Supervision and coordination of all maintenance and repairs pertaining to buildings and related equipment.These works include but are not limited to air conditioning, elevators, landscaping, janitorial, plumbing, electrical and security.
Project management of facility improvement projects.
Attending to all emergencies and ensuring responsible back-up is available in order to take corrective action as necessary.
Implementation of a system for recording, reporting, generation of work orders and work requests, inventory control, labor and material costs (CMMS).
