Reliable and accessible health and social services are critical to improving the lives of the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. UDeCOTT plays a central role in this process by designing and building facilities to house the administrative and support services.
In Tobago, UDeCOTT is responsible for the construction of the Main Administration Building of the Tobago House of Assembly Division of Health and Social Services.
The building will provide state-of-the-art accommodation for employees of the Public Health, Gender and Social Affairs Departments, enabling them to offer quality service to the people of Tobago. The 60,000 sf. ft. structure will also house offices, an IT room, conference facilities and training rooms. This site will also include a complex for maintenance and transport, a Warehouse Complex and a Waste Water treatment Plant. External works will include parking spaces, landscaping and a nature trail.
