The project involves the restoration of the National Museum and Art Gallery. The Project Scope comprise the following:
Selective Demolition inclusive of shoring and bracing;
Structural Repair such as alterations, structural crack repairs, etc.;
Restoration/Renovation Works such as roof covering and framing, block work, carpentry, joinery, restoration of doors and windows, architectural decorative features, metal work and finishes/painting works;
Supply and Installation of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, fire alarm systems and security systems, lift system;
Supply and Installation of MEP fixtures and fittings, ironmongery;
