The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago comprises the Supreme Court of Judicature and the Magistracy. It is the third arm of the State and is constitutionally headed by the Chief Justice. Following a competitive tender process, UDeCOTT has been tasked with the construction of an official residence to house Trinidad and Tobago’s most senior judge.
The project includes the design, construction and outfitting of super-grade housing to accommodate the Honourable Chief Justice of Trinidad and Tobago and his family at No. 4 Hayes Street, St. Clair, Port of Spain. The official residence will include living areas, sleeping quarters, study and library, prayer room, fitness centre, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor entertainment facilities befitting the Office of the Chief Justice.
