For many years the Roxborough community has relied on government services offered from the capital city, Scarborough.
In order to improve the quality of the lives of Tobago’s residents and to ensure that basic services are conveniently accessed, UDeCOTT had undertaken several projects to construct buildings in smaller communities across the island. One such project is the Roxborough Administrative Complex.
The Roxborough Administrative Complex is a two story reinforced concrete building (13,000 sq. ft.) constructed by Towers Consortium Consultancy Ltd (TCCL) which houses governmental and other services such as BDU, Inland Revenue, TTEC, TTPOST, Registrar General, Election & Boundaries Commission, etc.
