Chaguanas Regional Corporation Complex

UDeCOTT has increased the accessibility of Local Government services to the people of Central Trinidad through the development of the Chaguanas regional Corporation Complex. As one of the fastest-growing and commercially complex boroughs in Trinidad and Tobago, the administrative and developmental needs of Chaguanas have increased significantly in recent times. In response to this demand, the regional Corporation Complex will allow citizens of this highly commercialised, central community to gain access to local Government services at one convenient location in the heart of Chaguanas.

The Central business community benefited significantly from the construction of the 35,000 sq. ft. complex which currently houses the administrative offices of the Chaguanas Borough Corporation. Members of the surrounding residential communities enjoy recreational facilities including a day care centre, library facilities and a multipurpose auditorium.

The Complex features a three-storey structure, green spaces for public use as well as on-site parking to accommodate 127 vehicles. The main building is fully air-conditioned and wired with the most up-to-date communication networks, fire detection, fire alarm and security systems.
