Siparia Administrative Complex

Siparia has developed from a simple village into a major centre of commerce and trading activity and is a very recognisable part of the twin-island country of Trinidad and Tobago.

With the successful completion of the Complex, the Siparia Regional Corporation will now be able to provide quality Local Government services to the benefit of all stakeholders through optimum resource utilisation and community empowerment.

The three-storey administrative complex enables residents to have convenient access to critical government services at a single location. the building will house community offices of the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Works and Transport.

It will also include basement parking, accommodation for the differently abled, as well as meeting and conference room amenities. The availability of these services in the town of Siparia will help to accelerate the current rate of development, making it a prime location to do business in close proximity to one of Trinidad’s main industrial centres.
