The Point Fortin Heritage Administrative Complex

The Point Fortin Heritage Administrative Complex will provide accommodation to house Public Sector Departments and Agencies to facilitate the dispensing of government services.

The new Complex has an estimated office space of 60,000 square feet and will provide:

• A singular location for public access to key government services;
• Upgraded space and facilities for members of staff and clients;
• Bookable meeting spaces and conference rooms for Ministries, Departments, Agencies and other clients;
• Homework Centre for children of staff of the facility;
• Gym facilities for the staff of the facility;
• Recreational Spaces;
• Commercial spaces for rent;
• Food court/ restaurants/ Café for local rental;
• Shared cashier hall;
• Secured parking for staff and visitors.
