The Elections & Boundaries Commission (EBC) Headquarters

The Elections & Boundaries Commission (EBC) Headquarters project site was once the home of the old St. Clair Police Station, which was demolished.

The facility will have estimated office space of 61,329 square feet and will provide:

• A central location to consolidate many of the EBC functions which are scattered across the country – resulting in Office Space for over 218 persons to efficiently conduct the duties of the Commission;
• Six (6) storeys of Office Space with an atrium, appropriate accommodation for cashiers, meeting rooms with offices also on the upper floors;
• The potential inclusion of the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties, as more space is required than what is currently available at its present location;
• Improvements in the working environment for staff with the provision of adequate/appropriate equipment;
• Ground Floor Parking – 62 parking spaces.

The project is being executed using a Design-Build Project Delivery strategy.
